Selina Chan has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent & Development at Deutsche Bank since October 2015. Prior to this role, Selina held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Swiss Re from 2012 to 2015, where responsibilities included acting as a business partner for senior management in Asia. Selina's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Regional Organisation Development Manager at HSBC between 2007 and 2011, where strategic consulting and organizational program execution were key focus areas, as well as a Consultant at Boyden and a Senior Consultant at SHL Group Ltd. Selina holds a Master of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, earned between 1998 and 2001.
