Rachelle Tilly is a seasoned compliance professional currently serving as the Projects Lead in the Global Compliance Control Room at Deutsche Bank since March 2020. Prior to this role, Rachelle held the position of Regulatory Relations Consultant at Moody's Investors Service from July 2019 to March 2020, and served as the Head of EMEA Compliance Control Room at J.P. Morgan from June 2014 to July 2019. Rachelle's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Compliance Officer in Debt Capital Markets at Royal Bank of Scotland Group and as a Corporate Lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Rachelle's educational background includes a BCL from the University of Oxford, a JD with High Honors from Rutgers Law School, a B.A. in Political Science from The College of New Jersey, and participation in an exchange program at Goethe University Frankfurt.
