Gleennia Napper is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Americas Head of Origination & Advisory Compliance at Deutsche Bank, Gleennia has held various compliance-related positions within the firm, influencing corporate finance policies and procedures since 2016. Prior roles include Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance Officer at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Analyst in Legal and Workforce Risk Management at Goldman Sachs, and various educational leadership roles at The Ethel Walker School and The Loomis Chaffee School. Gleennia Napper holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago.
