Dagmar Valcarcel serves as a Non-Executive Director at Antin Infrastructure Partners, where Dagmar chairs both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Sustainability Committee since September 2021. Dagmar Valcarcel obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
