Nikolas Hesse is an experienced asset manager currently working at Deutsche Asset One GmbH since July 2024. With a strong foundation in real estate, Hesse has been involved in strategic planning at BHI Hesse Immobilien since January 2013, focusing on corporate alignment and operational staff support. Previous roles include Junior Fund Manager and Trainee at Catella Residential, as well as valuable experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in real estate valuation and transactions. Hesse holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Regensburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Management from bbw Hochschule.
