Javier Poseck Soto is an experienced professional in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as the Gerente de la línea Weichai Engines at Detroit Chile S.A. since April 2011, where leadership over the product line of Weichai Power Co. Ltd. is a key responsibility. Previously held positions include Product Manager for the Donaldson Engine line and Supply Chain Planner, focusing on national supply coordination and logistics optimization.
