Daiana Mairim dos Santos has extensive experience in human resources and psychological services. Since March 2020, Daiana has been working at Grupo Filler, focusing on Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas, which includes responsibilities in recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, development, one-on-one sessions, and providing feedback. Additionally, Daiana has been employed at DETRAN-RS since April 2010 in the role of psychologist, where contributions have been made to psychological support and assessments.
