Pasi Koota has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2017. He is presently CFO of Ahlström Capital Oy. Prior to that, he acted as Senior Vice President, Head of Recycling Business Line (2015–2017), and Senior Vice President, Finance of Minerals Service Business Line (2010–2015) at Metso Oyj. He has held various finance management positions at KONE Corporation from 1998–to 2010. He has been Chairman of the board of A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy since 2018 and a member of the Board of Directors of Destia since 2017, Paneliankosken Voima Oy since 2018 and Kymiring Oy since 2020. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.
