Matt Whittaker is an experienced professional currently serving as the Partnerships Team Manager for Queensland at Destiny Rescue since January 2023. With a robust background in leadership roles at Hillsong Church UK from January 2015 to September 2022, Matt held various positions including National Department Head, Director, Team Leader, and National Kids & Families Director. In these roles, Matt demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic initiatives, and cultivating relationships to achieve operational excellence. Matt successfully directed a volunteer team of over 200 and facilitated a social movement aimed at preventing male suicide in the UK. Additional experiences include roles in education, mentoring, and fitness management, complemented by relevant certifications and diplomas in community services, youth work, and fitness.
