Ilmo Hyyppä is a procurement manager at Destia Oy, overseeing procurement for Rail and Urban Services since February 2022. Previously, Hyyppä served as area director at NCC for a decade, managing mobile asphalt production and projects, and held multiple roles including senior construction manager and area manager across various infrastructure services. Hyyppä's career began with Destia Oy from 2008 to 2011 in project and purchasing management, with earlier experience as a purchasing engineer. Hyyppä holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Highway Engineering from Aalto University School of Science and Technology and has academic experience as a researcher.
