Shantanu Dindokar has over 15 years of professional experience in the software industry. Shantanu is currently working as an Assistant Vice President at Deskera since 2020. In this role, they are responsible for developing accounting software for business bookkeeping with advanced features like inventory/ Stock management, Multi-currency support, support for different tax residency according to country, reporting etc. Shantanu is also responsible for requirement discussions, estimation, release planning, UX, client feedback considerations, and client support.

Prior to this, they were working as an Engineering Manager at Synerzip from 2005-2015. In this role, they were responsible for delivery of multiple products, designing and architecting solutions for the development of product features, as well as being a hands-on Engineering Manager. Shantanu also held the roles of Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer during their time at Synerzip.

In 2015, they were working as an Engineering Manager at Diwo - Loven Systems. In this role, they were responsible for building a cognitive solution platform, which had features to provide valuable business insights by analysis of real time data as well as historical data.

Shantanu Dindokar obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Amravati University in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Manibai Gujrati High School from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2014.
