Aditi Gupta currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Desire Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities include managing various Human Resource functions such as HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Performance Management System since June 2024. Prior to this role, Aditi gained practical experience through several internships, including HR Operations at Scaler and multiple Human Resources internships at Usurp Tech, Acmegrade, Our World Energy, and GAO Research Inc. Education was completed at Banaras Hindu University from 2018 to 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
