Amy Gilfeather is a Creative Strategist and Copywriter at Designwerk since April 2020, with a prior role as a Customer Success Manager at Codec.ai, where responsibilities included analyzing and delivering AI and machine learning insights for clients. From April 2013 to April 2018, Amy served as an English Teacher and subsequently as a Senior English Tutor and Content Writer at Matrix Education, focusing on curriculum-aligned textbook development and student resources for years 7-12. Additionally, Amy worked as a Research Assistant for The Honourable David Shoebridge MLC at the Parliament of NSW from October 2016 to October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Sydney and an exchange program at The University of Manchester.
