Maya Blumenfeld is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, serving as Outside General Counsel for Designer Fund and as Founding Attorney at Blumenfeld Legal, P.C. since 2013. With a focus on providing strategic legal services to entrepreneurs, technology companies, venture funds, and investors, Maya has a proven track record in various aspects of corporate governance and financing. Previously, Maya held senior roles at Goodwin Procter LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and began a legal career as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and a clerk at the Israel Supreme Court. Maya holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and an LL.B. magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University, where a joint degree in Economics was achieved.
