As President of Teleios Consulting, Dale Weaver established a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on management consulting. Additional experience includes Executive Director at Ericsson, General Manager at Connectivity Wireless, and Senior Vice President of Operations at TerreStar Networks, where significant contributions to product launches and regional turnarounds were made. Earlier in the career, Dale Weaver held a Senior Director position at Sprint Nextel and served as a Communications and Electronics Officer in the US Army, demonstrating military leadership and systems integration expertise.
