Elliot Esmaeilpour possesses extensive experience in engineering and business development, currently serving as a Business Development professional at Design West Technologies, Inc. since June 2017. Prior to this role, Elliot held the position of Director of Engineering & Technology at DA, Pine Bluff Arsenal from April 1986 to December 2016, where leadership and strategic development were key responsibilities. Earlier, Elliot worked as an Engineer at Lockheed-EMSCO, contributing to the Space Shuttle Program, and at Fluor, leading piping system design and stress analysis for chemical plant projects. Elliot began the career as Maintenance Manager at the National Iranian Oil Company, overseeing multidisciplinary maintenance operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and a leadership program completed at the Army Management Staff College.
