Andrea Herrera is an experienced professional with a strong background in coordination and customer service. Currently serving as a Closing Coordinator at Design Tech Homes since January 2016, Andrea manages the upload of new home documents and prepares contract folders for CEO ratification while also overseeing title openings and deed restrictions. Previously, as a Warranty Coordinator in the same division, Andrea established a system that enhanced productivity and effectively managed a multi-line phone system. Andrea began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, where a focus on customer engagement and support was maintained. Andrea holds a High School Diploma from Spring High School, earned in 2015.
