Brett Socia has extensive experience in project management and controls engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Project Manager at Design Systems, Inc. since February 2015, Brett is overseeing the installation of electrical and control systems for the trim shop at the Fiat Chrysler Sterling Heights Assembly Plant, following a major project with Karma Automotive. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at Pole Zero Design Inc., where Brett focused on controls hardware and software design for stamping and body assembly projects, and positions as a Controls Engineer at Indicon and Comau, contributing to controls hardware design using Eplan and AutoCAD. Prior experience also includes project engineering at Esys Corporation and electrical engineering at Motor City Electric Company. Brett holds education from Oakland University and Lake Superior State University.
