Mauro Porcini serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Design Officer at PepsiCo since July 2012, leveraging a strong background in design to drive innovation with a human-centered approach. As an author, Mauro has published works such as "The Human Side of Innovation: The Power of People in Love with People" and "L'Età dell'Eccellenza: Innovazione e Creatività per Costruire un Mondo Migliore," exploring the importance of creativity and human needs in a rapidly changing world. In addition, Mauro holds leadership roles in various organizations, including President of the Fellows of Politecnico di Milano and a member of the Advisory Council for Design for Good. Mauro's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Design from Politecnico di Milano and experience as a Contract Professor at the same institution, alongside previous roles at 3M.
