Margaret Lee, PCC, is an Executive Coach at The Leadership Consortium (TLC) where Margaret believes in leadership being in service of others, self awareness, authenticity, and empathy. Margaret also works as an Executive and Leadership Coach at Design Dept. and contributes as a writer for The Curiosity Department. With a background as a Design Advisor at Capitol and experience as a UX Director at Google, Margaret has proven leadership and design expertise. Margaret has held various design and director roles at companies such as TiVo, Yahoo, Excite@Home, @Home Network, and CNET. Margaret holds a BA degree in Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania.
