Lizzy Skelton is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Design Cuisine since August 2022, Lizzy has held various pastry chef positions at notable establishments including French Bread Company and Copper Kitchen. Previous roles include Executive Pastry Chef at 5Church Charleston and Emeline, as well as pastry and assistant pastry chef roles at The Indigo Road Restaurant Group and Chocmo. Lizzy began the career as a morning baker at Black Bird Bakery and has developed skills in recipe creation and the comprehensive production of breads, pastries, and desserts. Lizzy holds an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2014.
