Megan Susdorf currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Design Air, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Megan was the Inside Sales Manager at Werner Electric Supply from September 2023 to January 2024 and spent over seven years at Grainger in various managerial roles, including Branch Merchandising Manager and Manager of the Branch Network. Earlier experience includes a position as Executive Team Leader for Hardlines and Logistics at Target and multiple roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, culminating as Branch Rental Manager. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, obtained in 2009.
