Rajesh Sivam is an experienced Health Safety Environment Supervisor currently employed at Descon since February 2022, with a focus on training during shutdowns. Prior experience includes serving as an HSE Advisor at Petroleum Development Oman, where responsibilities included maintaining safety audit schedules and incident investigations. Rajesh also held the position of HSE Supervisor at Orpic, implementing health, safety, and environmental management systems and conducting accident investigations. Additional roles include HSE Officer at Madina Group WLL and Inside Exploration Technologies, and HSE Engineer at Veolia Water. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University.
