Anabela Bekic has extensive experience in account management and professional services, currently serving as an Account Executive and Director of Professional Services at Descartes Systems Group since April 2010. In this role, Anabela is responsible for practice management within the Customs & Compliance software group, leading a team to align implementation capabilities with growing sales. Prior to Descartes, Anabela was involved in key account management and strategic development at Imanet from April 2005 to April 2010. Anabela's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Norwich University, a Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, as well as certifications in negotiation and customs brokerage.
