Graeme Shaw is the current COO at Descartes Labs. Prior to joining Descartes, they were with Endurance Acquisition Corporation, Antarctica Capital, and ArgoSat Consulting. Graeme has also worked as a consultant and researcher for various organizations, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Graeme Shaw completed a BSc in Aeronautics at Imperial College London, followed by an MSc in AeroAstro at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Graeme then completed a ScD in Satellite Systems Engineering, Economics, and Telecommunications at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

They work with Brett Flinchum - CCO, Janie Robinson - Head of Government, and Deanna Lyn - Head of Commercial. Graeme Shaw reports to Richard Davis, CEO.
