Marcielli Moura has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in this role at Desbravador Software Ltda. since July 2021, and previously at Rotesma Indústria de Pré-Fabricados de Concreto from September 2012 to November 2014. Marcielli Moura holds a degree in Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Unochapecó, completed in July 2021, and has pursued further education with an MBA in gestão de pessoas from UNOPAR, finished in December 2021. Additionally, Marcielli Moura is currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Ciências Contábeis at UNOPAR, expected to be completed in May 2029.
