Patrick Gallagher is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in industrial development and management. Currently a Partner at Dermody Properties since 2013, Patrick has successfully overseen the development of over 2,500,000 square feet of distribution space in the Inland Empire, as well as significant projects in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga, California. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President roles at The Alter Group and Pizzuti Companies, where notable achievements included the development of the 300,000 square foot Bannockburn Corporate Center and managing all development activities in Chicago. Patrick also served as Principal at Trammell Crow Company, overseeing industrial projects in Chicago, and as Senior Vice President at Stein & Company, where major AT&T transactions were brokered. Patrick's career began at Vantage Companies in a partnership role. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Benedictine University.
