Becky Loos, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Becky is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Dermatology Associates of Virginia since October 2018. Prior to that, Becky worked at UPS for over 20 years, where they held various positions including Human Resources Manager, Comprehensive Health & Safety Supervisor, Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Internal Communications Supervisor, and Human Resources Internal Communications Specialist. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Becky also played a crucial role in establishing and reinforcing safety processes and improving internal communications within the organization.

Becky Loos, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from the University of Richmond in the years 1991 to 1995. In May 2019, they also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
