Mailoha Melendez-Woods has a diverse work experience. Mailoha worked at Derive Systems starting in 2016, initially as a Technical Support Supervisor and then as a Calibration Engineer from January 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at SCT Performance from 2009 to 2016, where they held various roles such as Technical Support Supervisor, Technical Team Lead, Fleet Trainer/Install Technician, and Technical Support Tier 2 Technician. Before joining SCT Performance, they worked at Convergys as a Customer Service Specialist from 2008 to 2009.

Mailoha Melendez-Woods attended ITT Technical Institute-Lake Mary from 2007 to 2009. Mailoha earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science during this time.
