Celine Bartolo has a diverse range of work experience. Celine is currently working at Deriv as the Corporate Governance Team Lead since May 2022. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Compliance Executive and Compliance Executive at the same company. Celine also had a previous role as an Operations & HR Executive at Deriv from July 2020 to September 2020. In 2020, Celine briefly worked as a Call Center Representative at Centrecom - Premium Customer Service Solutions. Before that, they held leadership positions at KSU - Kunsill Studenti Universitarji, including Vice President from June 2019 to May 2020 and Culture & Entertainment Coordinator from June 2018 to May 2019. Celine also gained experience at EY as a Staff Assistant from October 2018 to February 2019 and as a Student Summer Intern from June 2016 to September 2018. Celine started their career at Drifter Car Rentals Co Ltd as an Executive Administration Coordinator from May 2014 to September 2018.

Celine Bartolo obtained an International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Public Policy and Strategic Management from the University of Malta from 2018 to 2020. Celine also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Malta, which they completed from 2015 to 2018.
