Michael Fancher is an experienced professional in the maritime industry with a background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Estimating Coordinator at Derecktor Shipyards since February 2020, Michael has previously held positions such as Program Engineer at VT Halter Marine and LCS Shock Manager & Engineering Liaison at Austal USA. Michael's career began at Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding as a Naval Architect from 2002 to 2005, following a degree in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, earned from 1997 to 2002. Throughout various roles, Michael has demonstrated expertise in shipbuilding and marine engineering.
