Sally Heath is an experienced professional in the hospitality technology sector, currently serving as an Implementation Client Manager at DerbySoft since February 2017. Prior to this role, Sally held multiple positions at SiteMinder from December 2012 to February 2017, including Learning & Development and Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities included acting as the technical contact for over 20 VIP hotel chains. Sally's extensive background also includes significant roles at SoftBrands, where from 2003 to 2011, Sally progressed from Operations Manager to Senior Director of Consulting Services for America, and previous experience as a trainer at SoftBrands and in front office roles across various hotels from 1984 to 1996. Sally's educational foundation was established at Sandy Upper School.
