Chris Whitney currently serves as the Director of Finance for Derby Public Schools USD260 since June 2023. Prior to this role, Chris held positions including General Manager at Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center from January 2022 to June 2023, and Director of Finance at T-Mobile Center from December 2020 to January 2022. Chris also contributed as Assistant General Manager and Director of Finance at INTRUST Bank Arena from May 2009 to December 2020, and as Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young LLP from September 2004 to May 2009. Chris Whitney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wichita State University.
