Shanthy Thurailingam has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success and previously as General Manager APAC and Director of APAC at Deputy since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shanthy held the position of Director of Operations at Deloitte from September 2019 to November 2020. A long tenure at Commonwealth Bank from October 2005 to September 2019 included roles such as Executive Manager Enterprise UX, Business Engagement Manager, Distribution Support Manager, and Branch Manager. Shanthy holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
