Ryan Gavan is a Product Design Manager at Deputy, where since September 2019, a human-centered design approach has been utilized to enhance integration experiences for users. Prior experience includes a role in the UX and Design team at Telstra from February 2014 to September 2019, focusing on improving self-service assets to alleviate customer pain points. Ryan also worked as a Web Designer for Express Media Group, producing digital marketing materials and maintaining an online store, and had roles at Specifier Magazine and the University of Sydney, creating digital content and redesigning websites, respectively. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Design Computing with a focus on UX and Interaction Design from the University of Sydney, completed between 2011 and 2012.
