Catherine V. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and team management within the APAC region. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support at Deputy since December 2018, Catherine is responsible for leading a high-performing support team, implementing best practices, and enhancing customer experiences through training and process improvements. Prior to this role, Catherine held positions as Technical Support Team Lead and Technical Support Engineer at Deputy, focusing on troubleshooting complex issues and improving internal processes.
