Andrew Lam is an experienced professional in customer experience and solutions consulting, currently serving as the Director of Americas Customer Experience & Delivery at Deputy since October 2019. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at VMware, including Senior Manager for Workspace ONE Subject Matter Experts. Previous to VMware, Andrew worked at AirWatch by VMware in multiple roles such as Senior Subject Matter Expert, Product Manager, and Professional Services Consultant. Andrew's early career includes an application/project engineer position at Refri Capital Engineering and a Spanish-English interpreter role at Language Line. Academically, Andrew Lam holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Baccalaureate in Science, Business, and Liberal Arts from Saint Mary's School.
