Kristin Fjeldstad, MBA has over 18 years of work experience in various HR roles and management positions. Most recently, they have been working as a Human Resources Director at Dependable since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Knutson Construction Services for five years, from November 2016 to September 2021. From October 2015 to October 2016, they were the Director of Human Resources at Walser Automotive Group.

Before transitioning to HR, Kristin gained experience as the Manager of Human Resources & Administrative Services at Freightquote from December 2011 to October 2015. In this role, they managed staff, handled daily administrative functions, and served as the HR contact for a 100-employee office.

Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as a Document Management professional at AMEC from January 2007 to October 2011. Kristin also served as the Accounts Payable personnel at Medtronic in 2006 and as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial from November 2005 to September 2006.

Kristin's diverse experience also includes a role as the Director of Aquatics & Building Supervisor at the Marshall Area YMCA from June 2003 to October 2005. Kristin holds an MBA degree.

Kristin Fjeldstad earned a BA in Business Administration and Management from Southwest Minnesota State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Kristin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2010, specializing in Business Administration.
