Nachelle Hepfner has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Agent at DHX - Dependable Hawaiian Express since July 2002. Prior to this role, Nachelle worked as a waitress at Pieces of Eight Restaurant from 1989 to 1999 and as a receptionist at Hughes and Taosaka from 1989 to 1998. Nachelle's educational background includes attendance at Laurelwood Academy from 1982 to 1985 and Newberg High School from 1985 to 1986.
