Ryan Shrimplin currently serves as the Director of Preconstruction at DEPCOM Power, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Ryan held various roles within the construction industry, including Superintendent at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Structural Concrete Estimation and Sales at George J Shaw Construction Company. Ryan also gained experience as an Assistant Superintendent at Crossland Construction Company, where responsibilities included project site operations and budget maintenance. Earlier in Ryan's career, substantive contributions were made as a Project Lead/Field Lead and as an intern with Lithko Contracting, Inc. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
