Barbara Lewis is an accomplished human resource management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at DePaul University since 2019, Barbara teaches bachelor-level courses in human resource management. Previous leadership positions include Director of Talent Management at Health Prime/AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions and Director of People Services at AdvantEdge Healthcare Solutions, where Barbara focused on innovative organizational strategies and talent management initiatives. Additional roles include Director and HR Manager at John Wiley and Sons, where Barbara oversaw HR operations for multiple business units, and various HR positions at Universal Granite & Marble, St. Charles Park District, and Vanguard Solutions Group.
