Ndineni Ngayaya is a seasoned hydrogeologist with extensive experience in groundwater management and geotechnical investigations. Since March 2015, Ndineni has been employed at the Department of Water and Sanitation, focusing on hydrogeological tasks. Prior to this role, Ndineni worked as a hydrogeologist at Water Surveys Botswana from March 2013 to March 2015, managing groundwater data and supervising borehole drilling. Ndineni's career began at the University of Botswana, serving as a geology demonstrator and teaching assistant from August 2010 to February 2013, facilitating laboratory practicals and tutorials. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a geologist at C.Material Investigation Centre, where Ndineni conducted geotechnical investigations for various projects. Ndineni holds a Master of Science degree in hydrogeology from the University of Botswana and a degree in geology.
