Patrick Brown currently serves as the Deputy Associate Chief Information Officer for the Departmental Offices at the U.S. Department of the Interior, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Brown worked for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from April 2013 to August 2023 as a Program Analyst in the IT Strategy Branch, contributing to the agency's IT strategy and implementation plans. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2009 to March 2013, supporting IT strategy development and governance for a Chief Information Officer's office in the intelligence community. Brown's military career in the United States Air Force spanned from August 1998 to June 2009, during which time various roles were held, including French Air Force Exchange Officer and F-16 Instructor Pilot. Educational credentials include an MBA from Ecole des hautes Etudes commerciales du Nord (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Air Force Academy (June 1994 - May 1998).
