Kasie Durkit

Kasie Durkit is an experienced Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Interior, specializing in areas such as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, ecosystem restoration, uncrewed aircraft system regulations, Constitutional law, Appropriations Law, and federal litigation. Previously, Kasie served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where responsibilities included drafting judicial orders for complex civil litigation. Additional legal experience encompasses roles as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center, advocating for maternal health legislation in Nairobi, and various internships focusing on issues like Title IX, Family and Medical Leave Act, and fair housing.
