Erik Trelenberg is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Realty Specialist at the U.S. Department of State since August 2022, Erik previously held the position of Principal Real Estate Specialist at Northrop Grumman from April 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing real property transactions and developing portfolio optimization strategies. Erik's earlier roles include positions at Deutsche Bank as a CMBS Loan Originator intern and at Champion Real Estate Company, focusing on underwriting and due diligence for multi-family transactions. Erik holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
