Emil Levy has over 15 years of experience in international education, program management, and community development. Currently serving as Vice Consul at the U.S. Department of State since February 2016, Emil previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at the Institute of International Education, where program management involved multiple international education initiatives across various countries. Earlier roles included financial counseling in New York City, consulting for the Center for Global Exchange at New York Institute of Technology, and serving as a program officer at AJWS. Emil's educational background includes a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Harvard University, along with a Bachelor's degree in History and Spanish from Bowling Green State University.
