Capelli Stephen has extensive experience in intelligence and security, currently serving as Division Chief at the U.S. Department of State since March 2005. Prior to this role, Capelli worked as an Analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency from March 2004 to March 2005 and held the position of Security Manager at Bechtel Corporation between July 2001 and March 2004. Earlier in their career, Capelli served as an Analyst at BHP Billiton from February 2000 to July 2001 and had a significant tenure as an Analyst at the U.S. Department of State from December 1991 to January 2000. Educational qualifications include studies at the National Intelligence University and the University of Maryland.
