Barry Moore has extensive experience in security and assessment within the U.S. Government, currently serving as Lead Assessor for the U.S. Department of State since January 2020, where responsibilities include evaluating aspiring Foreign Service Specialists and participating in suitability review panels. Previously, Barry held the position of Executive Director for Global Safety and Security at Laureate International Universities from November 2014 to January 2020, and served as Regional Security Officer from September 1987 to November 2014, focusing on regional security management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from National Defense University (2003-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Austin College (1981-1984).
