Art's extensive experience with USAID spans over a decade, featuring roles such as Regional Mission Director, Deputy Chief of Mission, and financial management positions in various global locations. Art's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, and undergraduate studies in Sociology and African American Studies at the University of Virginia.
