Prudence Lawrence

Prudence Lawrence currently serves as Assistant Director for Geospatial Services and the National Freight Data Hub at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts since October 2023. Previously, Prudence held the position of Program Manager for Geospatial and Emerging Technologies at Australian Spatial Analytics, overseeing project visions, resource management, and successful project completions, and also served as Geospatial Manager managing multiple geospatial initiatives. At the NSW Department of Customer Service, key contributions included roles as Senior Spatial Technician focusing on 3D land and property data for the NSW Spatial Digital Twin and as Research Fellow in 3D Cadastre, gathering insights through extensive travel and workshops. Prudence began the career at Apple as a Business Advisor, securing significant business leads and enhancing customer satisfaction, followed by a role as Change Coordination Officer at Griffith University, coordinating major project milestones. Prudence holds an M.B.A. from Griffith University and has pursued additional education in Spatial Science.
